What type of payment cards can I use in-store?

We accept below payment methods in our stores: Cash, Credit/Debit cards, Store Coupons, Cheques, Cash Back Ticket's, MyCLUB and Exchange vouchers. We also have our own payment service, Carrefour Pay.

I have a gift card, how can I use it?

Carrefour gift cards can be used for full or partial payment at any Carrefour hypermarket or Carrefour Market stores in the Kuwait.
Any remaining balance will be stored on the card and can be used against future purchases. Carrefour Gift cards have an expiry date of 1 year from the activation date.

Yes, you can still use it in the store until the expiry date. Just ensure to activate the MyClub Savings in your mobile app before scanning the MyCLUB code in the store.

How do we earn MyCLUB points?

Accepted Answer

You earn points while shopping in-store or online. Your points are cumulated in your account and your MyCLUB points can be redeemed as discounts in-store, online, and via your mobile application. Every 100 points give you 1.00 KWD.

You can shop as many items on our shelves as you wish. Any restriction will be clearly communicated on shelf.

Price increases are often out of our control. We do try to hold these back as long as possible because our aim is to offer our customers the best quality, value for money and service that we can. Our buyers work very hard to negotiate the best prices available and when we do obtain any price reductions we pass them on to our customers immediately.
